Hello , everybody !

This is  a group of teen-agers who  are in  the second  year at  Liceo Scientifico "Guglielmo Marconi", Carrara . We are very glad to partecipate in this initiative which we have enthusiastically joined  at once  because this way  we will be able to make new friends and get in touch with different cultures . We are also very fond of our territory and  interested in its problems .

This project about "Carrara´s  water-front"
will enable us  to make you know our wonderful  coastline and  our investigation will certainly  make all of us feel more aware of its beauty , but of its  problems too.

It´s our intention to start with an introduction outlining the history of the harbour from the Romans´ time to the present  age . After that there will be a deeper analysis into the present situation of our coastal areas  and the projects going to be carried out to improve it.

Though this is all for the time being ,  we are happy to invite you to visit our own Comenius pages as soon as they are ready. We will inform the partner schools  about the publication on the Danish  Fronter website .
